OUR AIM
Today’s youth stand on crossroads. Students have an easy access to the media which exposes them to the materialistic glare. Children are thus getting divorced from the ancient culture, as also their glorious heritage. Required today are school which can offer the children latest technology logical development in a pure, stimulating and spiritual environment away from the destabilizing influence of the media.
We need ‘Gurukuls’ which can strengthen the roots of our children, expose them to the spiritual realm, teach them to have respect for values and morals and develop in them the Uncanny ability to discern right from wrong. Keeping the above in view, this Academy has the following aims-

OUR PHYSICAL INFRASTRUCTURE
School plays a very important and major role in the life of a student. It is the prominent step in his /her life where he/she gets ideas, attitude, thoughts, courtesy and confidence to maintain the highest standard of discipline and behavior in life as well as in school.
In spite of remote and rural location, Sant Attar Singh Akal Academy has developed excellent infrastructure. This includes state of the art Computer Hardware, English Language Lab, well stocked Library, well equipped Science Laboratories, Music Room, Play fields and at last but not the least one Sport Room. The pride of the school is the Kindergarten Section with its innovative play way methods and integration of the latest technology including usages of advanced and sophisticated teaching aids along with the conventional trusted and tried techniques. The school is providing Digital Classes to make students learning more interesting.
SCIENCE LAB
Science lab is very helpful for students to understand the minute concept of science. So there are Physics, Chemistry and Biology labs in school with all the necessary equipments.
THE LEARNING RESOURCE CENTER
Self study and reading are important skills towards developing the habit of lifelong learning which is an indispensable tool for future careers. For this purpose a well equipped and stocked library with different types of books, magazines, and newspapers is available for students. Every student is inspired and encouraged to go to the library during library periods as well as in free time.
Music, Arts Are Fun Here
To bring out the hidden talent from the core of students, we provide extensive opportunities to the students in field of music, vocal, debate, Quizzing etc….. Which provide a breather from the regular curriculum.

The school has also started the recent way of teaching through smart class. This provides a vast information to children. This makes their learning more interesting.

English Language Lab
Special Facility have been created in Sant Attar Singh Akal Academy to improve the listening/reading/ Pronunciation and conversation skills of the students and teachers.
Spiritual Growth Education
Formal classroom teaching is supplemented with spiritual education so as to make the students adopt a spiritual way of life. This objective is achieved by organizing divinity classes meditation sessions and recitation of hymns propounded by saints of all religions and faiths.
Sports
The Sports facilities of outdoor games like Hockey, Football, Badminton, Kho-Kho and Athletic Tracks have been developed in the Academy. Meditation and Yoga classes are provided to the students to make them physically and mentally fit.

EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
The school lays stress on co-curricular activities so as to make the students competent and self confident. Students are strongly encouraged to participate in games, Quiz, debates, essay writing competition, poem recitation, Kirtan of Gurbani competition which are held periodically. Every student is encouraged to take part in sports or extra-curricular activities. The students are divided into four houses named after four Sahibzadas.

GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
In play way and nursery class, admission will be on the basis of “First Come, First Serve”. Admission from 1st to 10+2 classes will be based on Entrance Test/Mock Test. The decision of the Principal in this regard will be final. Minimum age for admission in play way is 2 years 5 months and in Nursery 3 years onwards.
Admission is open to all, irrespective of caste, creed, color and religion. Registration for admission from Nursery to 10+2 classes will start from December onwards by submitting registration form along with registration fee in cash in school office. The admission form and other details can be got in admission form and other details can be got in the prospectus at the school office/reception.
Documents required on the time of admission:
- Date of Birth Certificate (Two Copies)
- Original School leaving Certificate.
- Two Passport size Photograph.
- Aadhar Card of the student and parents (Two Copies each)
- Blood Group Report.
- One Photograph of Parents/Guardians.
- Previous school Report Card.

SUMMER:
Nursery – 10+2: Arrival: 8:00 a.m. Departure: 3:00 p.m.
WINTER:
Nursery – 10+2: Arrival: 9:00 a.m. Departure: 3:30 p.m.
The timing can also be changed by giving prior notice to all.
All students irrespective of religion or sex, shall wear white kurta pajami and shall cover their heads with a suitable head-wrap. Students have to wear black shoes with white socks. Navy blue sweaters will be worn in winter.
- All admission charges Registration fee & tuition fee once deposited is neither refundable nor adjustable by any means.
- Students have to pay fee in three installments or one month (conveniently) advances at a time.
- Fees will not be refunded. If the parents withdraw their child from school.
- Late fees will be charged as per School rules.
Fee can be paid in three installments:
- 4th week of March
- 1st week of May
- 1st week of October
For the comfort of the parents, they can pay the fee of whole session in a lump or every month.
- All the students have to attend the school regularly Absence from school is not in the interest of the school as well as students.
- It is compulsory for all the students to send application in case they need leave.
- It is compulsory for all the students to attend all the school functions. Any kind of negligence will be own responsibility of the students.
- Leave during Examination days and school functions due to unavoidable circumstances can granted by the Principal.
- Leave up to 2 days will be granted by the class teacher and more than that period by the Principal on recommendation of the teacher.
- In case of illness, leave application must be enclosed with medical certificate.

PTM is a regular and significant feature of the school. The PTM provides a platform for the parents along with their children to meet the Principal and teachers and discuss the performance of their wards.

The Academy is providing a completely facilitate bus services covering the many villages with different stops at regular and punctual time interval for picking up students & teachers. School buses are spacious with a required capacity to accommodate students. Every bus has a teacher and maid to ensure proper discipline & safety of Students.
